Warranty Coverage
- This warranty covers faults arising due to defective materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- If the product is found faulty under these conditions, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Warranty Terms
- Notification of Fault: KAIROS International must be informed immediately upon detection of any fault.
- Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase (invoice/warranty card) must be presented to KAIROS or its nominated representative.
- Modification & Unauthorized Repairs: The warranty will be void if the product is modified, misused, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
- Warranty Period Post-Repair: The warranty period will not extend beyond the original 12 months, even after repair or replacement.
- Out-of-Warranty Products: For products beyond warranty, applicable service charges will be informed in advance by the service partner and must be paid directly to them.
- Ownership of Replaced Parts: Any parts replaced under warranty will become the property of KAIROS.
- Geographic Limitation: The warranty is valid for use of the product within India only.
- Non-Transferable: This warranty is valid only for the first purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
- Warranty Card: A valid warranty card or invoice must be presented for availing services.
Replacement & Repair Terms
- Replacement: If replacement is required, it will be at the sole discretion of KAIROS International. In case the model is discontinued, a comparable model will be provided.
- Parts Used: New parts will be used wherever possible. However, KAIROS reserves the right to use refurbished parts if new ones are unavailable.
- Reimbursement: Courier charges incurred for sending defective products back will be reimbursed via Paytm / GPay / NEFT.
Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)
- Transportation Damage: Any damage caused during transportation or handling, unless reported within 48 hours of purchase.
- External Accessories & Installation: Issues related to external accessories, installation, driver configuration, network settings, BIOS updates, or data recovery.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs carried out by unauthorized dealers or persons.
- Compatibility Issues: Problems caused due to compatibility with third-party products or connectivity issues.
- Freight Charges: Freight charges for product transportation are not covered.
- Incidental Damage: Any incidental or consequential damages caused by defects.
- External Factors: Damage or failure caused by accidents, fire, floods, natural disasters, electrical supply issues, or unauthorized modifications.
- Improper Installation or Maintenance: Issues arising from improper installation, lack of maintenance, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh and other locations where KAIROS International has branch offices.
