Warranty Terms & Conditions

At KAIROS, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality in our products. If you encounter any issues, our warranty terms are designed to provide you with clarity and support. Please review the following warranty terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage:

  • This warranty covers faults due to defective materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • If the product is found to be faulty under these conditions, it will be repaired free of charge.

Warranty Terms:

  • Notification of Fault: KAIROS International must be informed of the fault.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must present proof of purchase to KAIROS’s nominated representative.
  • Modification & Unauthorized Repairs: The warranty will be void if the product is modified, misused, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
  • Warranty Period Post-Repair: The warranty period will not be extended beyond the original 12 months after repair.
  • Ownership of Replaced Parts: Parts that are replaced become the property of KAIROS.
  • Geographic Limitation: The warranty applies to the use of the product in India only.
  • Non-Transferable: The warranty is valid only for the first purchase of the product and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty Card: A warranty card must be presented when requesting service or replacement.

Replacement and Repair Terms:

  • Replacement: If a replacement is needed, it will be at the sole discretion of KAIROS International. If the model is discontinued, a comparable model will be provided.
  • Parts Used: KAIROS will use new parts where possible, but reserves the right to use refurbished parts if new ones are unavailable.
  • Reimbursement: The cost of courier for sending back the damaged or defective product will be reimbursed via Paytm.

Exclusions:

  • Transportation Damage: Damage caused by transportation and handling is not covered unless reported within 48 hours of purchase.
  • External Accessories & Installation: Repair of external accessories, installation, driver configuration, network optimizations, BIOS updates, and system/data recovery are not covered.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: The warranty is void if the product is repaired by an unauthorized dealer or person.
  • Compatibility Issues: Issues related to compatibility and connectivity are not covered.
  • Freight Charges: The warranty does not include freight charges.
  • Incidental Damage: Incidental or consequential damage caused by defects is not covered.
  • External Factors: Damage or failure caused by accidents, fires, floods, natural disasters, power supply issues, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
  • Improper Installation or Maintenance: Improper installation or maintenance, as well as exposure to extreme conditions, will void the warranty.

Warranty Claims:

  • Jurisdiction: Only courts in the state of Chandigarh and locations where KAIROS International has branch offices shall have jurisdiction for any disputes arising under this warranty.
