Refund and Returns Policy

At KAIROS, we are committed to providing you with the best products. However, if you need to request a replacement, please refer to the guidelines below:

If You Receive a Parcel in Damaged/Tampered/Open Condition:

  • Do Not Sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) if the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or open.
  • Before accepting, check the contents against the packing list. If the contents are intact, mention on the POD: “Parcel Received in Damaged Condition.”
  • Take a photo of the parcel and email us at customercare@thekairoshome.com or call our support team at the number listed on our website.
  • If the parcel is in unacceptable condition, return it immediately. Once we receive your complaint and the returned parcel, we will ship a replacement within 3-5 working days.

If You Receive an Intact Package but a Damaged Product:

  • If the product inside is damaged, take a photo of the item and email it to us at customercare@thekairoshome.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Include your mobile number, personal details, and order number for faster processing.
  • Our support team may request you to return the product. If requested, send the product back to the following address:

  • Please email us your courier details to track the returned parcel.
  • Upon receiving the parcel, or after verifying your details, we will ship a replacement within 3-5 working days.
  • If you return the product, we will reimburse your courier cost via Gpay/NEFT.

If You Receive a Product with a Manufacturing Defect:

  • Email us at customercare@thekairoshome.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, detailing the defect. Attach relevant photos or videos if necessary. Alternatively, call our support team at the phone number on the website.
  • You will receive a Service Ticket Number upon submitting your complaint. Note that delayed complaints may not be eligible for replacement.

  • Upon receiving the product, we will review the case and ship a replacement within 3-5 working days.
