  • Kairos International shall deliver the gift redeemed to the customers address directly. It may take up to 10-15 working days for delivery. In case of non-receipt of any communication, the customer may directly contact at helpdesk or write an email at
  • If you have received a product that has been damaged in transit, please take a photo of the product, and mail us at within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. You may also call us at the Support Phone Number mentioned on the website. 
  • In your email, please mention your Mobile Number, Personal Details, and Order Number for faster processing of your request
  • Upon confirming the details, our support team may or may not request you to ship the product back to us. If requested, please ship the product back to the following address Kairos International SCO 705, Second Floor ,NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, U.T, Pin -160101.
  • Please also mail us your courier details so that we ensure that we received your parcel.
  • Upon receipt of your parcel, and/or, confirming your details, we will ship back the replacement product WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.
  • If you have shipped the damaged product back to us, we will reimburse the cost of the courier via PayTm.
