  • Add to cart
  • You can update the quantity if you want to
  • Click on View cart, if you have the discount coupon or you can click on the checkout button
  • Update your shipping address
  • Accept the Terms & conditions
  • Click on the Place order button
  • Choose the mode of payment 
  • Click on Proceed
  • Your order will be successfully placed

Yes, it’s necessary to log into your Kairos account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You’ll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on Kairos. The price you see on the product page is final and it’s exactly what you pay.

Your order will be delivered within 10-15 working days after placing the order.

Orders can be cancelled until they are not dispatched. You will see an option to cancel within the ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu. Select the item or order you wish to cancel. If you are unable to cancel the order from the ‘My Orders’ section, contact the helpdesk at 70879 64179 or email customercare@thekairoshome.com. In such cases, a refund will be processed to the source account, provided at the time of the order amount was paid online.  

The address you mentioned while placing your order is incomplete or incorrect as per our dispatch team. You are requested to share your complete address by writing to us at customercare@thekairoshome.com. When you share your address make sure to mention your Address, Town/City, State, Nearby Landmark, and Pincode along with your Phone number and Email Address. In case you have a village address, please give us the city address of your friend or family for the convenient and speedy delivery of gifts. While you write the email please share your order details.

If you received a damaged product, please share the images and order details with customercare@thekairoshome.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

You can create a return in three simple steps-

  1. Tap on My Orders
  2. Choose the item to be Returned
  3. Enter the details requested and create a return request

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under the ‘change address’ option available under the ‘My order’ section of the Website.
