We, at KAIROS, ensure that you get only the best. However, in an unlikely scenario of you needing to replace your ordered product, please read through the replacement policy given below.

What you should do, if:

YOU RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL IN DAMAGED / TAMPERED / OPEN CONDITION: 

  • Please DO NOT sign on the POD (Proof of Delivery) and accept the parcel
  • In case your parcel looks damaged, tampered with, or in open condition, accept the parcel only after checking the contents of the parcel as per the packing list. Also, please mention on the POD – PARCEL RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION
  • Also, please take a photo of the parcel, mail us at customercare@thekairoshome.com, and/or call us at the support number mentioned on the website / App.
  • If the parcel is not at all in acceptable condition, please return the same. We will ship a fresh shipment immediately (WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS) on receiving your complaint and return the parcel.

YOU RECEIVE AN INTACT PACKAGE, BUT A DAMAGED PRODUCT: 

  • If you have received a product that has been damaged in transit, please take a photo of the product, and mail us at customercare@thekairoshome.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. You may also call us at the Support Phone Number mentioned on the website. 
  • In your email, please mention your Mobile Number, Personal Details, and Order Number for faster processing of your request
  • Upon confirming the details, our support team may or may not request you to ship the product back to us. If requested, please ship the product back to the following address: Kairos International SCO 705, Second Floor ,NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, U.T, Pin -160101
  • Please also mail us your courier details so that we ensure that we received your parcel.
  • Upon receipt of your parcel, and/or, confirming your details, we will ship back the replacement product WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.
  • If you have shipped the damaged product back to us, we will reimburse the cost of the courier via PayTm.

YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT WITH A MANUFACTURING DEFECT: 

  • Please mail us at customercare@thekairoshome.com within 48 hours of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect, with details of the defect, and include a photo if required. You may also call us at the Support Phone Number mentioned on the website. In reply, you will receive a Service Ticket No. (In case the complaint is delayed, we may not be able to entertain any replacement request).
  • Please send the product back to the following address by courier, with full details like Order Number, Service Ticket No. and Partner Details. Please mail us the courier details to ensure we receive your parcel. Address: Kairos International SCO 705, Second Floor ,NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, U.T, Pin -160101.
  • Upon receipt of the product, we will examine the case and ship the replacement product to you WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.
  • The cost of the courier will be reimbursed to you.
